A private client commissioned our firm to provide architectural design services for a new multifamily home in Jamestown, RI. Sited on less than a quarter acre, we maximized use of the space by designing duplicate units with a modern farmhouse style, and arranging them on the site so the majority of the mass of the home does not face the public street.
Two separate private driveways lead to a private covered porch and entry. Designed with a finished basement, each floor surpasses two thousand square feet of living space and features three bedrooms and two and half baths. |
