In late 2015 I came across a multi-family renovation project on Houzz, recently completed by Architect David Sisson. David’s project on Houzz presented several of the same challenges that I was preparing to undertake, in the same neighborhood, so I met him on site for a consultation. David came prepared with a portfolio of his work and he illustrated an articulate knowledge of his trade. David’s recommendations demonstrated a balance between design, cost effective construction, practical sense, and marketability. Our project came in on time, on budget, and was absorbed by the market within 48 hours of issuance of our Certificate of Occupancy. I am very pleased with David’s work and I have used his services several times since 2015.

I found David on a website, one of 5 architects I met and interviewed, he was most straight forward, friendly and approachable. He was one of the fastest to send over a proposal. It was very detailed: the costs and services provided, the extra costs if it ever arose. Though not the cheapest, I found his price to be fair and he was happy to reword his proposal so I felt comfortable and protected. He delivered his work on time and reworked the prints to satisfy the City of Quincy for permits. He responded to phone calls and email messages on a timely manner. I highly recommended David and would use his service again in the future.

In 2020 my Realty and Construction business hired David Sisson and his staff to help us with a very complex building restoration & office design. David took on the task and covered all of the hard issues that it took to create my idea and put it all together on paper and he got us through a very difficult time with the Building and Zoning officials. Dave created a set of plans for remodeling the top floor of my house. There were some tricky building codes and tight spaces to deal with.
