A private development client commissioned our firm to provide architectural design services for a new townhome development on a two acre site in Tiverton, RI. The building was designed with three stories, divided into six adjacent townhome units.
The townhomes consist of five 2-bedroom / 2.5 bathroom units featuring a one car garage each, and one 3-bedroom / 2.5 bathroom unit featuring a two car garage. A private deck with water views can be found at the rear of each townhome. |
