Commercial Start-Up Problem:
Transforming an empty space in an old cardboard manufacturing complex in Pawtucket into a cutting-edge research and manufacturing facility for digitally printed textiles. Solution:
2000 SF . 2014 A 2,000 SF space divided into two: a long, narrow reception and retail space taking advantage of a wall of full height nineteenth-century windows to flood the interior. Also included is a kitchenette. A second, smaller room is designed to accommodate the heat and noise of massive printers. New lighting, HVAC, fire sprinklers installed throughout. Interior design with furniture layout provided. |
