Renovating an abandoned historic two-story cinder block jewelry factory. Solution:
10,400 SF . 2018-2020 Stopped basement leaks with hydraulic concrete and masonry waterproofing paint, reinstalled downspouts and gutters, repointed cinderblock walls, replaced broken glass with new, energy-efficient windows, new code approved doors, refinished hardwood floors, repainted walls/ceiling, new LED lighting, new fire alarm, emergency & exit lighting. Transformed 2 large open floors previously used for assembly line jewelry production into 4 spacious, bright offices, and 2 live-work apartments. |
